What are the advantages of the Y tool?

• Reusable: the comb can be reused many times if it is well maintained and disinfected between each client.
• Easy to handle: its ergonomic shape makes it easy to use and its two tips work in perfect harmony.
• Time saving: the use of the eyelash comb will make the placement of the lashes on the pad much faster because they will be directly well aligned and separated from each other.

How to use the Y tool in the lash lifting protocol?

Once your silicone pad is correctly placed on your client's eyelid, apply glue on the front of your prosthesis, then wait 1 minute. Take your lash lifting tool and lift a part of the lashes, don't wait too long to comb the lashes with your Y tool so that they line up correctly with each other.

If you notice that the glue has dried and you can no longer manipulate the natural lashes, be sure to apply a small amount of glue to the area you want to rework.

The flat side can be used to replace the lash lifting tool. In some areas it is easier to use the flat side of the comb and in other areas it is easier to use the lash lifting tool.

How to maintain and clean the Y tool?

Be sure to rinse your comb under warm water immediately after use. Then degrease it and let it soak in your usual disinfectant.
